A first job brings income, confidence and independence, but getting it is hard without experience or contacts. UYN supports members towards a first opportunity, such as a job, apprenticeship, internship or shadowing, with mentoring and monthly pairing rounds.

A career is about knowing your strengths, choosing a direction and building skills over time. UYN starts members with a readiness assessment, then offers mentoring, CV and interview support, and follow-up at Day 30, 60 and 90.
